drop shipped for decoration and must be pre-approved.
Individual garment packaging is available upon request for an additional .15 per item.

Your custom logo or design, digitized for embroidery!

Your custom logo or design can be digitized from your photo or artwork or our
graphics department can work with you in developing an embroidery-friendly design.
Prices vary depending on size and complexity of design.

EDITING CHARGES MAY BE INCURRED
When it is necessary for us to alter a stock design or font, or
create a layout of multiple elements and will be quoted at the time of order.

We have many styles of stock lettering and hundreds of stock designs for you to chose from at
no additional charge when ordering 6 or more items

A paper or digital proof of your design is provided for your approval prior to embroidery on any garments.

USAGE
Use of our stock design collection is free when ordering 6 or more items to
be embroidered with the same design in one run.
For 1-5 items or for use on items brought in from outside, we charge a
nominal fee per sew-out as follows:
  • Up to 5,000 Stitches -- Add $2.00 per item
  • 5,001 to 10,000 Stitches -- Add $4.00 per item
  • 10,001 to 25,000 Stitches -- Add $6.00 per item
  • 25,001 Stitches or More -- Add $8.00 per item

RE-ORDERS
Designs which have incurred digitizing or editing fees are kept in our database for
a minimum of 2 years from date of last use. After such time they may be subject to a $5.00 un-archiving fee.
